The latest project for the Trilink Group due for commencement in 2011 is the innovative ‘Phoenix’ Towers. The ‘Phoenix’ Towers is a waterfront project that will be developed in three stages on a 4,900 square metre site, within the
premier address of ‘Varsity Central’ in Varsity Lakes. It comprises 3 x 8 level towers, each with 32 residential units, as well as
fourth 4 level low rise residential building with a further 24 residential units. Most of the units will have spectacular water views
with an end value of AUD $55,000,000.
Varsity Lakes is a master planned community with the Gold Coast’s widest range of housing set around the 80 Ha Lake Orr. At the
heart of Varsity Lakes are Varsity Central, a business and innovative precinct, boasting more than 5,000 daily workers, Varsity
College, a host of shops and services and the adjacent Bond University.
It has easy access to an abundance of services and recreational amenities, including the new Varsity Lakes Rail Station, Robina
Town Centre, Skilled Park Football Stadium, Lake Orr, Robina Hospital, the ‘South Bay Marina’ district, Varsity College and Bond
University. Approximately 4,000 students attend and this number is growing with Bond University’s expansion program.
